Russell E. Ditzler, MD

Bio

Russell E. Ditzler, MD, graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in public health, and earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He went on to complete a family medicine residency at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, South Carolina.

Dr. Ditzler has more than 30 years of experience in the diagnosis, treatment and management of pediatric and adult illnesses and sleep disorders. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, he has additional certifications in sleep medicine and advanced cardiac life support.
